Current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) 21 C.F.R. 117 Training Course
In cooperation with FIBR Food Safety Council
This training course will come from the regulatory and industry perspective. It will cover the federal Good manufacturing practices regulations (21 C.F.R. 117). It will give you insight to maintain compliance with the federal regulations for your facilities.
Completion of this course is a pre-requisite for our Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) Training Course.

There is also street metered parking along 23rd and public parking for $5 at the Lorenzo apartment complex.
You can enter the (Lorenzo) parking off of 23rd Street, on the south side of the street between Flower and Grand.
FIBR FOOD SAFETY CLASSES ARE PRESENTLY SCHEDULED FOR IN PERSON CLASS ROOM AT CDTech/FIBR Incubator.
FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY, COVID 19 PANDEMIC GUIDELINES WILL BE OBSERVED. CHANGES MAY OCCUR TO OFFER VIRTUAL CLASSES IF NEEDED.
